I don’t find this very funny at all. Having a go at an underpaid contact officer, who has to follow strict policy guidelines. She or he would have had to run back and forth stressing out the correct protocol in this case. If you have an issue, have a go at the company, not the contact agent if you want to be smart. The agent has no leeway, they have to answer by the book or it’s an error. This is just bullying behaviour. Sad.
